Horse that have been adopted!
Cleo

Arrived December, 2001 and adopted August, 2002
Took 9 months and a lot of work  but found Cleo the right home!
She basically is lazy and would just rather have nice quiet rides and not have
to put to much energy forth. She also had an identity problem
and though people where hers ( treated them more as pasture mates
and not always in a kindly manner)and basically afraid
of other horses. I was told that she hadn't had much interaction
with other horses when she was young and only human's as contacts.
We think she's got it straight now and does ok in a small group.
Thank you Annie and Linda

Miracle
before

After!

Arrived November 2002 and adopted March, 2003
This little pony is not only 30 years old, but is also blind!
Thank you Barbie

Dusty

Had been here as a boarder but his owner just didn't
seem to have the time to give to Dust
so turned him over to my adoption program in April of 2003
. He's 21 years old and an OTT TB and what I call a hard keeper.
He's not a high energy horse, but "worries" to much!
He also is visually impaired on his right side.
Adopted May, 2003
Thank you Sharon and Mark

Spot

Arrived  July 2003 and adopted August, 2003
This fellows owner had moved out of state
and the barn owner felt he should probably be
put to sleep due to his age and stumbling.
He was twenty in 2003. In his short time here, a pair of front
shoes, a tune up and he is fine! I nice horse that still has a lot
he can do. He likes to have a job to do and now is
a young teens mount!
Thank you Alyson

20 year old girl and look at her now!
An  11 year old girls first horse to privide all the love
and care that this mare needs for the rest of her life.
